Learn how to move with more strength, flexibility, and integration. Develop greater balance in your yoga practice, your health, and your life. Enjoy the freedom, clarity, and peace that results from full body awareness. Sarah's classes focus on a dynamic balance between alignment and flow, inspired by her training in Body-Mind Centering, Anusara Yoga, and many forms of dance. She combines a detailed knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics with a playful invitation to challenge yourself and explore your potential. Sarah's attentive, thorough, and supportive teaching inspires students of all levels to be fully engaged and aware in body, mind, and spirit.

Sarah is certified as a teacher of Embodied Anatomy and Yoga by the School for Body-Mind Centering, and has completed an Anusara teacher training at Vira Yoga. She also holds a certificate in Kinesthetic Anatomy from Irene Dowd, is a student of the Alexander Technique, and has extensive modern and ethnic dance training. She is endlessly inspired by the body's ability to transform, heal, celebrate, empower, and inform our experience. Sarah's love of teaching and commitment to her students is evident in her precise, informed, supportive, and challenging classes. She currently teaches yoga and dance throughout NYC as well as nationally and internationally.
